The majority of our fresh fish and seafood is chosen and delivered fresh from Lowestoft Fish Market. Other deliveries are received daily from Billingsgate, Grimsby, Whitby and Newport Fish Markets. All our meat is sourced locally, as are all fresh vegetables, salad and fruit.
