Our nominated charity for 2005 is The Paul Cole Cancer Fund. This fund ditributes all monies raised betwen Marie Curie and MacMillan Nurses and The Palliative Care Team at James Paget Hospital. Various fund raising events are planned, culminating in our sponsorship of the Pakefield to Kessingland sponsored cycle ride. Last year's event, launched by Bob Champion, who himself survived cancer to go on and win The Grand National, raised over £17,000.
Previous years nominated charities inclue:- The Cystic Fibrosis Trust, The RNLI, Marie Curie and the The British Heart Foundation.
